Richard J. Burke has litigated over 150 class action cases throughout the country. In his 30 years of practice he has tried over 100 cases to verdict including medical malpractice, federal and state criminal cases, products liability and complex commercial litigation. Richard specializes in complex litigation, including consumer and insurance class actions, telecommunications, and appellate practice in the state and federal courts. He has briefed and argued landmark cases before the Supreme Courts of Illinois and Missouri, the 7th and 8th Circuit Courts of Appeals, and intermediate state appellate courts. Richard is also a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States.

Richard graduated with a B.A. from Knox College in 1975, and received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 1978.
